Even though we usually offer instructor led training at our training facilities in Athens we also provide courses at customer premises, if they have the necessary facilities. How to register for tests
NetU is an Authorized Thompson Prometric Testing Center. Exams can be taken right after a course or scheduled at a later stage. If you are already proficient in a product and you would like to get certified, you need not attend any more courses; just register for an exam.
Whether you require advice to decide on a test, or whether you have selected a test, call us at NetU Education. We can assist you and will undertake your registration. Furthermore, we can advise you on preparation material you may want to purchase in order to study, before you come in for the exam.
Testing for Microsoft and Oracle courses is done through their testing partner Prometric. NetU Education is an Authorised Prometric Testing centre. Red Hat Linux
RHCE and RHCT are performance based tests that measure actual competencies on live systems. Red Hat Linux Certification Tracks (link to the following write-up to be on a separate page: The RHCE programme offers courses for beginners and professional system administrators. Beginners build up their skills in the Standard Track, experienced system administrators refresh their skills quickly in the Rapid Track, and experts on Red Hat Linux can go directly to the exam.
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
Standard Track:
The Standard Track consists of 3 courses -- RH033 or RH035, RH131 or RH133, RH253 -- and is aimed at persons who need more review of key concepts or who are new to both UNIX and Linux.
Rapid Track:
The Rapid Track consists of 1 course, RH300. Rapid Track course is aimed at those who already possess significant systems administration experience and knowledge in a UNIX or Linux environment.
Exam only: If one has the necessary skills and enough experience with administrating a Red Hat Linux System he/she may consider to go to the RHCE exam directly by skipping prior training. The RHCE exam can be taken alone as RH302 RHCE exam or as the final day of RH300 RHCE Rapid Track course.
Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT)
Standard Track:
The Standard Track consists of 2 courses, RH033 or RH035, RH131 or RH133 (details on each course are described above).
Exam only: The RHCT Exam can be taken on the final day of RH133 Red Hat Linux System Administration or alone as RH202 RHCT exam. The RHCT certificate may also be granted to those who take the RHCE Exam and pass all RHCT specific competencies which are included in the RHCE Exam.

As an Authorised Prometric Testing Centre NetU provides computer based testing for a large number of companies, including alphabetically: Adobe, CISCO, CTIA A+, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Intel, Lotus, Microsoft, Oracle and Sun. Computer based assessment (link to the following write-up to be on a separate page: Computer based assessment allows testing of smaller groups. Candidates can register as little as 2 days in advance and different tests can be offered simultaneously. Tests are scored immediately or shortly after administration. Scores are sent electronically to universities or licensing and certifying agencies.
